why dosent my friend age he looks like hes 16 and hes 27?

I found an old friend of mine on facebook we went to school toguether im 26 hes 27 i was amazed when i saw him again the guy looks amazingly to young his face hasnt changed since school and its been like 10 years hes hispanic mexican american how does this happen and i myself look old like if i was in my 30s

He could have oily skin. Good for aging.

It might be any number of reasons. Good genes is generally the number one reason, but you also have sun (tanning) exposure, good healthy eating ( no processed food- a lot of fruits and veg- they have qualities that help the skin) , no drinking alcohol or smoking, sleeping 7-8 hours a day, drinking plenty of water, working out.
This time frame will not show any significant changes though. When a person leaves their 20s, that is when you see a face maturing
