I never had one to begin with.
But good for you for giving it up, dude.
Your right, the site is a waste of time. Better off without. Smile

That is kind of like cutting off your nose to spite your face...Facebook can have a really positive impact on your life in the hands of the right user...it is a tool with many applications and you are free to pick and choose and ignore at will. For me it's not a popularity contest...I don't care how many friends I do or don't have and I'm pretty selective on who I accept. It is something I have fine tuned to surround myself with the type of people I feel can enrich my life in some way and unless you are under some kind of mind control brainwashing...the last time I checked we as human beings had complete control over the way we spend our time (unless incarcerated of course) so if you found it a big waste of time...weren't you the one wasting it?

I heard that facebook does a lot of naughty stuff with your private information. Same with Myspace and all other social networks, sooner or later they get exposed for not respecting anyones privacy.

i have a facebook, i removed all of my personal information and added gibberish instead. but i cant bring myself to delete it yet, it's my only source of pictures and I would love to keep the memories. Wink
