Can't upload my yahoo answers photo?

I can't seem to locate the upload button which is supposed to appear when trying to change my display picture. I did every suggestion I can find but I still can't find it.

Please tell me if I missed out something

First of I went here and clicked the change photo, then a dialog box appear

I clicked the "+" options and directed me my profile, after I clicked my current display picture, this appeared

It only gives me the option to choose my current picture, link my facebook account and the "no photo" option. I can't find any buttons aside from that. Am I missing something?
That's what I did. Closed the browser and rebooted my pc but there's still no "change picture"

save the photo to your computer then. Follow these directions from Yahoo closely. http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont...=PROD_ANSW

Close and reopen your browser or reboot. and your avatar should be showing If your avatar isn't showing try resizing it to make it smaller.

Click on the + When you Click on Change Photo Than it will Take you to your Profile Page With your Mouse Move to your Current Picture than Click Change Display picture Than Follow the Instructions From There
