So my profile keeps commenting on my friends pages like a dell advertisement and i cant stop it

That crap happened to me blasted spammers
anyways to solve your problem just change you password and stay away from "fishy" facebook apps

To control whether or not specific friends have the option to view your stories, you can change the settings for each piece of content you post.
