Unwanted Facebook notifications?
I recently have been getting random notifications about some of my friends posts, even if I'm not tagged in it. This didn't concern me too much as it was only now and again. What I'm annoyed at is that I recently deleted my ex-girlfriend off of facebook and I got a notification about someone's photo that she shared. I've never heard of the other person let alone have them on facebook.
Why does her shared photo come up in my notifications? How do i stop it?
I haven't added any friends to my 'close friends' list.

you probably added some people to your "close friends" list - just remove them from that list if you dont want those notifications
