Hello!

You will have to disable your account. This means that you will never be able to access the account again.

It is simple. All you have to do is go on Account settings, and somewhere, there will be a button called disable your account.

go to facebook go in account seetings then click on security then in blue letters it's written deactivate your account click on it then it will show you some time after that your facebook will be deleted permanently!

If you want to deactivate your account and have plan to return back to FB after sometime then you can follow the reply by others. But if you want to delete your account permanently then click on the link:

Then click on Delete My Account and don't try to log on to facebook for next 14 days and your account will be deleted forever.
