Fake facebook account help?

Ok so about 6 months ago someone made a fake facebook account of my uncle with edited pictures of him wearing make up and pictures of family members with captions talking about them in bad ways. I reported the account and made a police report. The account was closed and we never found out who did it. Yesterday another account was made of the same uncle but this time they were posting things on the timeline that are causing trouble with the family. My uncle(lets call him john) and his brother(other uncle lets call him joe) dont talk and the fake account was saying things like joes wife finally died she is such a wh*re and things like that. Than my uncle joe saw them and he is getting mad and a problem is going to start. Is there any way to find out who made the account? It can involve facebook and the police if it has to but we just want to know who is making these accounts.
The thing is the pictures were obtained from his current facebook account so he made his account private. This time there are no pictures just the words. Also it has to be someone who knows us because how would they know they were in a fight but we have a very large family so its hard to know really.
I wish we could just ignore it but first of all its probably going to happen again. Second of all we cant talk like people because most of my family is in a fight with "Joe". Finally we have received like 6 calls today asking if she really died so joe must be getting 10 times that and he told my other uncle to tell "John" that he better delete the facebook account or else and he really thinks my uncle made it. I do think it is someone close to the family but not directly because most of my aunts and uncles dont even know how to use a computer. They are from another country and moved to america but dont even talk english.

It has to be someone he knew if they were able to obtain the pictures. If no one is hurt he may have to ignore it, unless you made the account and feeling guilty. If not just forget about it I say.

your uncle should close his account and make a new one

ad he should erase all the photos and everything

You report it to facebook. It has the option "this is not my account but is used in the likeness of me" (paraphrased).

Of course it's someone who knows your family.It's a good chance it's someone in the family or someone who really has it in for your uncle.Contact facebook and have them shut it down.There's not much else you can do.Facebook can't tell you who open the account,they think it's a real account.The police won't do anything.They may make a report but they are not going to invest time in someone making a fake facebook account.Do you have any idea the cost of something like that?

There is not much to be done, that's the sad truth, discuss it like people all of you, and ignore the troll, he will stop when he see no one cares, that's just how trolls are, don't feed the troll, just report him
