I have difficulty to read my message from the mail box, what can I do?

I can access to my mail box but I can't read amy message, I can't delete a message or go to another option like sent messages, spam, etc.

It's never a good idea to list email addresses or phone numbers on a public forum. These can be harvested for later use by spammers or hackers
