How can one remove the sub category "photos of you" from Facebook timeline photos.?

I just spotted that some of my friends have this sub category and some do not. when you click photos tab on a Facebook timeline profile you reach a screen where in some profiles, you would find 3 sub headings (tabs) 1. Photos of you, 2. Photos 3. Albums. Whereas there are also some people, who's profiles- photos would show just 2 sub headings(tabs) 1. Photos 2. Albums. Now my question is how can one remove the 1st one " photos of you". P.s I have already tried untaging all my pictures. But the photos of you heading is till there and it says. 0 photos of you. Please help!

those are your tagged photos

you cannot remove them, you can only remove the tag from them so they arent part of your profile anymore
