1. If You're famous or someone could tweet as You. Normal folks don't really need to worry about this, lol
2. Noticed? Well, follow some other people, best with few thousand followers and who follow back, then You should gain too. Not everyone follows back though, so be prepared for disappointments.
3. Shhh… Gain accounts. The more followers they have, the better. The 2 I can suggest are @RealDasch and @TC_FollowBack, but You look for more Yourself (there are MANY). Following them will cause some other people to follow You, but they will most likely unfollow later if not followed back, and some will unfollow anyway. To boost follower gain, unfollow the gain accounts after few hours after You stop gaining, wait 24h and follow again, and repeat the process.
