Which CMS does Ebay Use ?

I want to develop one web portal, which has similar functions like eBay, where people can sell and buy products and also use online payments like paypal.
Which is best CMS for that ?

I am not quite sure of that but I can give you huge hint; see the URL within the site ending .dll? There's only one platform doing that and they were quite old. Microsoft Web Server with native ISAPI on Windows NT/20xx having ISAPI applets compiled natively from C/C++ code.

eBay's a custom written website, it doesn't run on a prebuilt CMS. You'll find most major websites are like that, Yahoo, Facebook, Google, eBay, Twitter, Myspace, the list goes on. They all have custom written websites, most often in PHP.
