I dont think I am pretty anymore. How to regain confidence?

I used to think I was pretty, but once i liked a picture on instagram for a group rate(a group of people rate your attractiveness on a scale from1-10). Basically everyone said that i was ugly and now I don't think that I am pretty at all. How do I regain my self confidence?

Firstly, never base your self-confidence on something so juvenile as a rating. Those people don't know you or the truly beautiful things about you. And all they saw was one picture from one moment in you're life.
Know that true beauty is from within, no matter how cliché it sounds, it's true! And if people doubt your attractiveness, FORGET them.

don't let anyone else's opinion define what you think about yourself. NEVER let someone take that from you. people on social media are hardly truthful because they want to bring other people down for their insecurities. be proud and confident about yourself, because your appearance has not changed from what a person has said. you're gorgeous! Excuse me but just cause people call you ugly doesn't mean you are. There is many jealous/ insecure people out there these days, who have to call people names to feel secure. I highly doubt your ugly, and not everyone is going to love how you look. Some people say I'm so gorgoues others think I'm ugly. Thats how life is, don't let this bring you down.

Sugar, you shouldn't go around trusting the most recent opinion of the last person you encounter, online or in real life. (Except for me. You should always believe me ^_~.) But like, seriously, people are freakin' evil. Go watch some innocent puppy videos on YouTube, then read what people are saying to each other in the comments section. It's ridiculous.

And it's not just you. I could put pretty much anyone's picture online and people would say the same crap. Don't base too much on those people's opinions. You'll make yourself crazy!
