Well, if you can handle all the work, go for it.

I would suggest not to take all honor classes. You might want to have fun as well as extra time just in case you have difficulty and require extra time in one class. Also probably not good idea to take 2 language classes.

AP Human Geography involves 20 pages of reading per week with lots of note taking. If you can handle that plus all of your other classes, then go for it. Remember, colleges want two years in the SAME foreign language. If you already took German 1 in middle school, that won't count so you'd have to take German 3 sophomore year (grade 10). Also, keep in mind that the more years of a foreign language you have, the more you will stand out in college admissions. Make sure to join a club as well when the school year starts.

You are expected to maintain and increase your academic workload over your 4 years of high school. If you choose to take all honors now, you'll be expected to move up into AP starting next year and continue to take more and more AP's each year.
If you want to commit yourself now, go ahead. But don't complain when you have a non-existent social life.
My suggestion is stick with a couple honors. One thing 8th graders don't realize is that the difference in work between middle school and high school is tremendous. I definitely don't suggest taking AP as a freshman. Until you've been through an entire high school level schedule, don't commit yourself to a college class as well.
It's your choice. Take what you want. But the most irritating thing is listening to a freshman complain about how much work they have when they've jumped right into all honors and AP. Take a fun class such as art. Colleges don't want someone who spends every minute of their high school career in a book. They want to see that you branched out and showed interest in something other than studying 24/7, which is what you'll have to do if you take all honors and AP.
