why does facebook still find a scheduled delete profile?

Just recently my husband open up a fb n he told me to delete the account so I scheduled for his account to be deleted. But when I search it it still finds him ???

Facebook send a message to the email address your axcount is associated with. You have to then open the message and folllw.the link to delete the account. They do it that way so only you can delete your account. Lets say i hacked a persons facebook i dont like and try deleteing it. It wont let me unless i also hacked their email. Its like you answering a question and them saying are you sure and then lets say a sign paper. Thats like their sign here papaer to accept the changes
