Facebook notification problems?

Lately this has been happening a lot. I'll comment on a picture, get like 5 notification on the same picture, of people who comment after me, which is normal. But all of the sudden, they stop. People will continue to comment the picture but I won't get any notifications anymore. Was it a setting I changed? how can i change it back? thanks

its not your settings. you can only get oh so many notifications for a *photo* same issue. called facebook.
