facebook account hacked! help!!?

my sister's facebook account was hacked along with her email account so she can't get access to any messages sent from facebook... we tried account recovery through 3 trusted friends but we can't get codes because it always says: "You seem to be requesting password resets way too often. Come back later" although it is the first time we try this... please help!!

Make a new email account, and email Facebook about your problem. If worst comes to worst, make a new facebook account.
