How can we become more conscious consumers?
When people see a product/item become popular within everyone else, there is a higher chance that they will purchase it even though they might not actually want it or need it.Social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Tumblr play a big role on this because teens share items to one another increasing the popularity on it and increasing the chances of it getting purchased.
I would like to know what you believe people can do in order to not fall in trends and to become an more independent buyer. Ads |

read the labels for content, country of origin ( produce) and company
also check if it has been re-branded as local often there are 5 tins in a row - all the same product - but re-branded - none of it local product biggest difference is often the packaging Ads |
