Definitely, It's a relatively big market and the fans supported the awful product the last few years.

If they get a stadium I know there are like four teams, (Memphis, maybe Sacramento, Charlotte, New Orleans) that would love to move to the pacific northwest.

I don't think the Thunder should've relocated. OKC is a small market.

They should get and re-create the old Super Sonics again in action. That team won a championship in 1979,had the famous Garry Payton and Shawn Kemp

I think a good GM who can create a team through draft,to sing some players and it will start to excist as a team.I like more the Sonics then Thunder

You gusy should defeintely have the Sonics back

I think the clippers should move there and still be called the sonics or something cool, then it would be even in the conferences still.

It's great as long as Paul Allen doesn't own the team he's a slave trader,Meaning the way he 's ruining the Blazers and the SeaHawks must stop. All he do is build stock in a player then trade tem off,Anyway that's another question, Yes

NO MORE NEW TEAMS!!!

The only way Seattle gets another team is if one of the struggling teams (financially) decides to move there. The NBA has grown to a point that too many teams are having to dump salary to survive and the teams with strong management and markets are becoming even stronger. You have to realize that this is a business and not just a sport. Having passionate fans is only part of it, the city and area as a whole has to be able and willing to provide the means for the team to generate enough revenue to compete.

Possible, there are a few areas that may get new teams.

I see Las Vegas as actually a major destination for a new team and the Kings organizations has talked a lot about that.

It will probably take a while before Seattle gets a new team, potential new franchises will most likely look at different areas after seeing the bad split that the Sonics had with Seattle.

Would be interesting to see the NBA expand to new areas such as Mexico or new areas in Canada.

I think that they deserved the team more than OKC
