Why are some people so mad when a kid can't stand their parents?

I'm not one, my mum's great. I saw a video of an American bloke who destroyed a laptop his daughter paid for over a social media post that said she she couldn't stand them sometimes. I say she had every right to be mad so why are people like "Good job dad." ?

I've thrown my laptop around because it wasn't working properly and those same people saying "Good job dad" would probably tell me to go to anger management eventhough I actually didn't destroy my laptop.

Anyway, some people just think parents can do no wrong. Which is ironic because when a parent actually does make a mistake that harms their child those same people who say "Your parents are always right" will be like "Oh your parents are only human, they make mistakes".
