What kind of diet should I be on?
I'm 15 years old I go to the gym 4-6 days a week I do body weight exercises and crossfit and are seeing some results but would like the best results possible my having a good diet and would like to know any tips or diet plans that could help?

First of all 6 times a week is a lot for your body to take, there is such a thing as over training, you need to give your body to to recover. Just make sure you are getting enough sleep as well. Start counting your calorie intake, protein intake, you may start to see that you aren't eating enough of the right things. Or to much of the wrong thing.

You are only 15 years old buddy! Dont consider to calculate your diet if you are in a healthy body weight. Eat clean foods. Stay away from junk and processed foods. Eat when you are hungry. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables! That will make you in a very healthy and proper body shape. Just remember dont eat excess (i mean dont overeat).
