Instagram got disabled! help!?

So my Instagram got disabled and I think it was for taking pictures off of Tumblr and posting them on my account. If I use my own, old, Instagram pictures on my new account will it get disabled again?

I am sure you were sent an email saying why you're account was disabled. You obviously broke the Instagram user agreement. Did you ever bother to even look at it? http://instagram.com/legal/terms/# Sites mean it, it's a legal agreement and they are looking towards protecting themselves and other users. If you are abusive, sexually suggestive, violate copyright or other online laws you will have your account disabled. You can be sure if you repeat the behavior you will have your account disabled again and depending on how serious the abuse some companies are bringing legal action.
