Deleted photos please help?

Facebook-I was tagged in photos, I deleted those photos on my profile. How do I add them back, without asking the person to re-tag me?
Deleted some photos, do not have them saved, anyway to reupload them?
I tried to email Facebook but I highly doubt they will reply.
~I also deleted photos on my Iphone, without backing up icloud, lost some photos, anyway I can get back deleted photos from an Iphone and from facebook?

you need to find the pictures again on your friends' profiles and tag yourself in them - that's the ONLY way.
