The Question is pretty self explanatory so i was wondering how he can get his facebook page out there and more active thanks

Get tons of people to share it on whatever social media sites they're apart of. Ask your friends, get him to ask his etc.

Post it on forums or on other websites.

Invite people to like the page.

put tags to your page in everything you post in the caption, and then ask your friends to share the posts with their friends
