How To Like Pages On Facebook Without It Notifying Friends?

I want to like pages on facebook, such as my favorites movies, so that in my info section those pages show up. It may sound stupid, but is there anyway to like pages without it making a wall post on your wall saying that you liked the page? Is there any way to turn that off?

but you can add people to your restricted list, which would hide that type of activity from them, they just wont be ale to see your status updates then either
