windows 8 laptop white screen?

I was on twitter then I turned off my laptop for about a minute then turned it on and the screen was white so I charged cuz That's how I fixed it last time but it's been charging for 30 minutes and is still white

Take out the battery, then put it back in and try turning on your computer again.

Take out the battery and hold the power button down for 30 seconds. This should fix it every time. Someone would have to look at it to tell you why it does this or you would need to be more descriptive.
