How to take your freecodesource.com facebook layout OFF your facebook?

I went to freecodesource.com and I downloaded an app on my computer so that I could put a facebook layout on my facebook page. BUT now I don't want it on there..and I have no idea how totake it off. because it's not like a code that you put in your facebook somewhere that you can just erase when you don't want it anymore. I don' tknow what to do! Help.

I have a layout from there too mine is awesome but if you want to take it off there are 2 ways.

1. On your facebook wall page above the ad on the right it says disable layout. Click that and the layout will be gone
2. Go here - http://freecodesource.com/facebook-layouts/ and on the left navigation click the link that says Remove Current Layout and the layout will be removed.
