Is Impact Outsource Toronto another door to door marketing company (i.e scam)?

I applied for Entry-Level Marketing, got an interview and then I got into a 2nd one which is coming. They were very vague about the job. I'm wondering if its another door to door commission based job which is basically a waste of time or if they pay hourly.
