In Facebook. Why is the top blue part moving on scroll?

When I 1st loaded facebook. The blue part on top that has the access to home/messages(chat) & notifications. That Bar stayed in place on scroll.So when you scrolled down the page it stayed there. Much easier to go back to top by cliking the Home button.Now it goes up with all of the posts. What am I doing wrong that makes it move?

You aren't doing anything wrong, it's a new feature.
It's so you can easily access messages, notifications, friend requests and the search bar./
I guess you don't like it but it's there for convenience

Don't worry, soon you'll hardly notice it haha
