How do I edit FB cover picture like this?

Theme - A profile within a profile within a profile...and so on.

Its simple yet time consuming to get the 'tunnelling' effect, you want to log onto your facebook account and 'Screen Capture' your profile screen.

(Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].
Open Microsoft Paint.
Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.
If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.
Use your image editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.
Save the Image)

You then upload this image as your timeline, adjust the size in paint if needed so it fits in the frame the way you want, then Screen Capture this image, and repeat the above steps, each time you do this another layer is added to the tunnel.
