I always keep on following verified accounts...so that their fans get me as a suggestion....
an advantage in twitter is that you can increase follower by following people...Smile

Follow back all the followers (unless they r creeps, then block them so no troubles) put on your bio that u will follow back all followers (and make sure to acctually do it, and just follow abounch of other people so they will checkout ur account. And chat with people on twitter to become friendly and u guys can help each other to get followers.
