Is she blowing me off or just busy? HELP !!!!!?

Long story short
I started talking to a local girl on facebook ( she's 17 and I'm 20) and right from the start, we connected. We had so much in common( same birthday, same favourite food, same favourite color etc). She seemed interested because she asked so many things about me. And also, she always messaged me first in the next four days. I asked her a competitive date and she agreed about us going to bowling. And we went. We had great time( she won 3-0) and grabbed something to eat and drove around town till 2 am( she kept insisting to go home and instead we talked. There were no awkward silence or shyness involved. We flirted a bunch of times and the top of that she talked a lot and I love it when a girl isn't shy and just natural. We were so comfortable with each other. And then I dropped her home. That same morning, like always, she initiate the conversation again saying "Just wanted to say thanks again for last night I had fun 😊" and I said likewise and I was happy that she liked the date. She even rated the night 8 and three quarters/10.
That same day when she got off work, I messaged her asking how was her day, and she was basically stressed about home works and her job. So I kind of didn't bother her after two days.
I was worried that I may not get a second date because like I said she always initiate our conversation but she hasn't since that day she told me she was stressed. So I text her to ask how was she doing. She told me she's doing some papers and homeworks( which I think is true, considering she's taking ap subjects in grade 12). And so I said, "I could cheer you up you know.." And she asked how, and I replied "sushi night", she was amazed that I still remember what she loves to eat. But basically, she's busy all week and weekend. So I asked her whenever she's free, she could tell me and she said okay. But she messaged me saying this, "I'm not sure honestly I just have a lot of stuff going on right now I really want to but I just can't and trust me I'm not trying to make excuses because I really did have fun and I want to see you again 😊" and so I was relieved a little bit because I thought she was blowing me off or something must've happened. This was Tuesday night.

Guys my concerns are:
Where do I stand with this girl?
Ever since Sunday, she's kind of went "dry" and she doesn't message me like she always has, why?
Is she really busy, if so should I message her first or wait till she's free?
I do like her, I'm not sure if she likes me, do you think she's interested in me?
I don't like to inbox her first knowing that she's busy or I will came upon as needy.
Is she playing hard to get?
What should I do? Do I message her and keep the contact or forget it?
