Disabled Facebook??? I need it back!!?

Ok, about 3 days ago I got an e-mail saying my account was disabled. I sent an email to the customer service people and they responded:

Many of your posts in a Facebook group were removed because they were
considered to be an advertisement or spam. Content that promotes a
product, service, or group is removed. Unfortunately, for technical
reasons, we are unable to provide details regarding the removed content or
reactivate your account. This is a final decision

However, I havent sent out the spam (advertising for a group i created) since i got a warning about 6 months ago.

Is there anything that I can do at this point? I honestly can not live without facebook and having to re-friend all 400 or so of my friends would be very annoying.

Don't mean to sound like a jerk, but maybe you should detox from facebook for a week or a month or whatever. I disabled mine voluntarily and I feel great... more productive.

i think tht letter means tht you need to make another one im 14 and understood tht man oh and i have a facebook

There is only one solution, create a new facebook. You would have to start over. Just keep your spam down to a minimum when you use this new facebook.
