So i have Facebook friends (obviously) and some people really annoy me and I really wanna write back something BUT is it okay for me to do that on someone I barely talk to or know (like I went to school with hen but only passed them in the hallway) + I don't write statuses much either so yeah...

I wouldn't suggest it: that would make you a troll. and it you don't do it anonymously, they might retaliate in person. Just delete them if they bother you.
