Yes They Get a Notification Regardless Close Friends Or Not If They Comment On The Same Thing As you And If you Comment on it Than It will Show Up The Likes Wont Show Up Tho As a Notification

No,if you are on ”close friend” list they will only get notification when you update status or add any photo.on others they won't.
