The only person that knows you are new to real estate is yourself. If you have a licence then you have the knowledge to complete your tasks. With time you will improve.

Marketing yourself, you need to be everywhere online, Facebook, Twitter, your own website - regardless of your company website. Local classified ads. Free ads. Wherever you can think of.

Branding Yourself, think of a catch phrase - "The Sell YOUR House Guy/Gal" Use it everywhere linked with your name. Always use your best photo - get a professional one and a snap shot casual look to show you are human and approachable. Have a video of what you can do for your clients, be different in your approach introduce new ideas and technology - use QR codes. In fact be the sell your house QrKwikly person. Can you tell I like QR codes. Make sure your website and any websites you send people to are mobile optimized. There are 5 times (at present) more cell phones than laptop and desktop computers combined.

Write a e-book on how to prepare your house for the quickest sale - when people decide they are going to move it is usually when they have spotted their potential dream home and want to be in there NOW. Hand it out - provide a link to download it - to everyone. Tell people you are also an author Smile

Be consistent in all your activities.

That is about it really. Good luck.
