Is she naturally beautiful?
This girl is a wag so I'm not sure if she's naturally beautiful or if it's makeup/surgery but I really like her look??

It's a private account. The profile pic is a manipulated photo. Whether that's through makeup, lighting, photoshop, or filters, I don't know. There are gobs of makeup and bad hair at work, and half her face is hidden...

how can she be naturally beautiful if she has loads of makeup on and still has to cover half her face. Thats not natural beauty, thats the furthest thing from it

She's pretty but not naturally. Natural beauty needs no help with make up and can manage to look pretty without it.
