problem to create a facebook page?

i want to create a fb page without using any profile. I mean just fb page. But when i am clicking continue after selecting cetagory and page name then it taking me another page that asking me you must login first. so my question is hox i can create a fb page without login facebook?

But if you don't wanna show your account then you can hide your account by changing your settings information's.
