how to see other people's "tweets" ? ( Beginner's question )?

Before I Sign up in Tweeter I could see people tweets scroling on the home page (Everybody)

Now After i signed up i can only see the tweets of the people I follow
how to see puplic tweets of everyone that i dont follow ?

Some people have their tweets protected,
you have to follow them to see it.

You need to be logged in and view their profile. Like twitter.com/janna01

Also, you can't view those profiles wherein people set their privacy to friends only
