What are some examples of Instagram usernames?

A lot of my friends have Instagram usernames so I decided to make one, but unfortunately I can't really think of a good username. I heard a lot of people use their first name and last name in some fashion in their username. Is this true? And what would be a good way of doing this? Also what are some examples of Instagram usernames that you've seen or used?
