Good, Cheap, Gaming Computers?

Hey guys. I am a small gamer and I've used laptops for gaming my whole life. I do get good FPS, but not the best. Now I would like a real PC (A tower/desktop, I already have a monitor) but I want it cheap. I really only play minecraft and some GTA, and some more little things, but thats really iy. I would like around 100 FPS, and a good brand. (I love HP computers, I've always had them, and they are great!) Any good towers? Remember, CHEAP! I'm on a tight budget.

First off you did not mention a budget. Secondly, you can get Good OR Cheap...not both. Third you did not specify whether it had to be pre-built or you would build one. If you post a budget then i can help .If you were to build it your self you can do it a lot cheaper than shop Bought .
