Maybe use Chaz and then your last name or the other way around. Since you can't use spaces use "_" or "."
Try and avoid using numbers in your name
Make it memorable.

Unless its super creative, I think the ones that are plays on words (ie name is lee so twitter name is Love_LEE_life...I think it's dumb) just do ChazLastname
