Instagram CANNOT LogIn!?

Okay so I have a serious problem with Instagram via AppStore on IPhone. I have recently tried to login by deleting the app and even restarting the phone. Nothing has worked, it says my account has been deactivated by violating terms. I have been bales and can log into Instagram using Internet Explorer without any problems but it's just the app. I have even tried creating a new account but same thing again I can't and says again my account has been disabled because of violating terms without even logging in??? Please help ASAP and I can't log any account on as it says the same thing.
