How to report yahoo for bad customer service?

They closed a child's paid for email account & will not respond. I've tried calling their so called customer care & get hung up on or sent to a busy signal. 15 times ive tried contacting them. No response. Very very angry mom.

I'd be angry, too..at myself for paying for something a child doesn'tneed anyway but could have for free
