Do Life Events stay on your Timeline forever?

Ex.: When you break up with someone, does the "in relationship" life event remain on your Timeline? Or is it automatically deleted?

The less you put into Facebook, the better

it Remains In There Unless you Can Delete it Which you Can Do By Going to the Life Event Click on the Arrow than Click Delete

Your Timeline is your Facebook history. Any relationship status or other life event will stay on there because you can't erase history.

This is why people shouldn't be so quick to add relationships or even jobs on Facebook.
