My sexual pics got leaked, are they illegal?
So this guy that I was talking to on and off for a year or two and I got in a fight on twitter so he made another account posting my pics. There was 2, one I was just laying there on my stomach braless but my boobs were laid against the bed and you couldn't see any nipple & the other was just my butt with a thong on.. Is it illegal? Can I get in trouble?

Honestly I don't think you would get in trouble people would most likely consider it porn and well porn is porn but in some ways the other dude there is the one in the fault for leaking pic of you so I am pretty sure you are okay but I would try to get him to take those pics down

If you're underaged, yes. If sexually suggestive, yes.

Good luck getting them off the net.

Are you over or under 18?

If over 18, no problem at all.

If under 18, the pictures 'might' be classified as "child pornography". There is a common myth that a picture needs to be nude (or to show nipple or genitalia) to be pornographic. That is not true. A nude picture is not necessarily pornographic, a non-nude is not necessarily non-pornographic. The important factor is, if it is "intended to appeal to prurient interest"?

So, a picture of a nude child playing on the beach at a nudist resort would not be pornographic, even though she's nude. A picture of the same girl in exotic lingerie lying on a rug in front of a fire might well be pornographic even though she's not nude.

So, looking at your pictures, what are they? Were the taken with the intent to 'get him hot'? If so, they are porn, and if you are under 18 they are child porn.

Not legally, there is no crime here, unless you are "under age" then it may be considered child porn, but even that is unlikely if the pictures are as you say they are.

Next time be careful of your pictures, if you do not want the general public, or your mom to see the pictures, make sure they are not online or better do not have them taken in the first place.
