If you have facebook, post it there. Your friends will see it, and if they like it, then their friends will see it and so on.

Also, have a catchy or very common title for your video. If it's too long, the chances of someone finding it randomly would be too small.

Well how you make views is you make videos that are more interesting then the other 90% and that way you get subs, you get views from those subs making your channel more popolur making more new people see it and sub and it goes on til you have a lot of views , but sorry to say the video you linked did not have the mood to make it interesting to me, but I am sure you can improve
