I just got it and its so confusing what do I tweet about? And how do I retweet and stuff or write to people my username is chelseesyou

You can retweet by pressing the little 2 arrows buttons on the bottom of the tweet you're reading... You write on peoples twitter pages by writing in a tweet @name followed by your message.
