Best photo editing app for instagram pics?

I wanna have really professional looking photos on instagram, like Andrea Russett or Connor Franta, etc. I have afterlight and i love it, are there any similar,better apps? I have an iphone 4 btw. don't necessarily have to be free either. thanks

There are alot that change colors, add borders to picture, etc. Search the web for some and put the term iphone on the search, it will find the itunes links. Thats a much better way to search then using the appstore where you only see a few
