why can't anyone add me to their facebook group?

There's no setting to prevent people from adding you to groups, so I did not touch anything.
I have been invited to facebook groups before
Just recently, I cannot make my own group or receieve invitations from other groups
when they try to add me it says " ____ cannot be added to the group"

Go to "Home" > Click "Create Group..."

or Try this:

"CREATE NEW FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!"

try contacting facebook support on the matter ,
