Facebook causing jealousy..............?

what do you do when you get jealous of what ppl put on facebook? its stupid but sometimes I cant help it, photos, statuses, posts, hugs and smiles received from friends, family & work colleagues.., How to let it go..
it happens to many of us I know,
some ppl have a great life... it seems, makes mine look boring..

Stop taking any internet sites as a replacement for a real life.
If people were really busy and had it so great,why would they
have to show and brag to strangers?..I never even used FB
until a year ago.I see the things others put.It also shows me
they are most likely bored,If you have even one REAL friend
that you meet and talk to that's enough.
